This is a simple tool for moving from resisting to welcoming your challenges
I realized that in identifying where I feel the most challenged and then walking myself through welcoming that challenge I am able to very quickly hone in on large amounts of resistance, and this provides massive leverage for me in releasing resistance.
The more I release my resistance to the presence of resistance (welcoming resistance) the more easefully I can then welcome resistance. The more I welcome resistance the more easily it changes and dissolves.
The more my resistance dissolves the more harmony there is. This is a shift.
