Integrative Personal Practice for Coaches

Purpose
• Clarify what it is that you really want, when you are not limiting yourself or playing small
• Learn how it can be easy and effortless to align thoughts and actions with what you really want
• Learn how to easily see what stands in the way, and to clear it

Learning Objectives

• Learn a simple, effective process to quickly tune in to what is most real for you, and align your actions with that sense of knowing
o Move towards knowing who you really are
o Align your sense of purpose and mission with that
